The initial $10,000 down payment covers approximately 80 hours of dedicated discovery and analysis, including:
- Stakeholder Interviews: Engaging with key team members across sales, marketing, customer success, and other relevant departments
- Process Mapping: Documenting current lead sourcing, data ingestion, CRM workflows, and automation tools
- Customer Journey Review: Analyzing how leads are generated, nurtured, and converted into customers
- Technology and AI Assessment: Reviewing existing platforms, tools, and integrations used in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This includes investigating how AI is currently being utilized and identifying opportunities where AI can add value—such as:
- Automating lead sourcing, especially B2B direct outbound efforts
- Scraping or gathering vital lead scoring information at various customer journey points
- Automating data enrichment and segmentation
- Enhancing personalization and targeting through AI-driven insights
- Bottleneck Identification: Pinpointing delays, redundancies, or gaps in the current processes that hinder growth and responsiveness
- Initial Recommendations: Developing a high-level plan for process improvements, platform enhancements, and AI integration strategies
Ongoing Engagement
Following the discovery phase, the engagement continues with a monthly retainer of $6,000, which provides:
- Up to 40 hours monthly of hands-on consulting support
- Implementation of process improvements
- Platform configuration and optimization
- Strategy sessions to align sales, marketing, and revenue operations
- AI implementation support where applicable
- Training and knowledge transfer to your team
- Continuous assessment of progress and adjustments as needed
